In clean room and large concentration particle measurement task, it is often necessary to accurately dilute aerosol particles, and the particle size distribution before and after aerosol dilution is required to remain unchanged.

The basic working principle of sx-d100 particle diluter is to collect some aerosol particles through a thin capillary, the flow ratio of the capillary remains unchanged, the rest of the aerosol is filtered by HEPA filter through the bypass, and then the capillary and bypass gas streams are evenly mixed, so that the particle concentration in the capillary can be diluted. Maintaining a certain ratio of capillary to bypass can form a fixed particle dilution ratio.
