Non contact ultrasonic crusher is also called cup type ultrasonic crusher, which can be broken in airtight container, sterile and ultra micro conditions. Compared with the traditional probe ultrasonic cell grinder, the instrument has the advantages of high efficiency, no need to operate the probe frequently and avoid cross contamination of samples. The instrument can be equipped with low temperature constant temperature device, which is convenient for the sample to work in the environment of 4-10 ℃, so that the energy distribution is uniform and the ultrasonic effect is complete. It has gradually become an indispensable standardized tool for chip (chromatin immunoprecipitation) and DNA splicing research platform.
working principle
Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasonic in the liquid, the transducer generates high-strength shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the horn to form high-frequency alternating water pressure. The cell is broken by cavity expansion and explosion. In addition, when the ultrasonic waves propagate in the liquid, the particles will produce a great acceleration, and then collide with each other or with the wall of the vessel to achieve the effect of breaking, emulsifying and separating.
