working principle
The basic principle of molecular hybridization is to use the combination of special temperature control system and vertical rotation system of the instrument to form heterogeneous double stranded DNA / RNA of two kinds of nucleic acid single stranded DNA / RNA of homologous sequence through annealing and denaturation according to the principle of base complementary pairing under specific temperature and rotation conditions.
