JY98-IIDN ultrasonic cell crusher is a multifunctional and multi-purpose instrument which uses the cavitation effect of ultrasound to process experimental samples. Equipped with a 25 mm horn, it can process 50-1200ml sample (select the corresponding model and probe according to different volume). It has the advantages of continuous adjustment of ultrasonic time and power, which can crush all kinds of animal and plant tissues, cells and bacteria, and can be used for emulsification, separation, dispersion, extraction and acceleration of chemical reactions. It is widely used in life science, material science and environmental protection.
working principle
Ultrasonic cell crusher is based on the cavitation effect of ultrasonic in the liquid. The transducer generates high-strength shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the horn to form high-frequency alternating water pressure. The cell is crushed by cavity expansion and explosion. In addition, when the ultrasonic waves propagate in the liquid, the particles will produce a great acceleration, and then collide with each other or with the wall of the vessel to achieve the effect of breaking, emulsifying and separating.
